We're thrilled that our short-term rental guests have been so positive and enthusiastic about Bubble Gum Modern! Although we've just had our home available for short-term rental as of early 2018, we've already had nearly 100 guests, with the vast majority awarding us 5-star reviews. We hope all of our guests have an amazing experience at Bubble Gum Modern, with memories that will last a life time! See below for a sampling of reviews:

Five stars — “More than modern. This was by far one of my best Palm Springs vacations. I have come to Palm Springs every year for the past five years and this has been one of the best stays yet. It was a beautiful property and had everything you could ask for! I would definitely rent this place again!" April

Five stars -- "I almost never write reviews but this house blew me away. As an architect, I am hypercritical when it comes to design. Bubble Gum hits the spot. It offers a well curated mid century backdrop while providing all the comfort of a clean home. I love the selection of colors which make the house feel light and airy. It is the perfect place to host, relax in the pool / spa, or retreat in the bedroom. I invited some friends over and we had a fantastic time enjoying BBQ, dancing by the outdoor fireplace with unobstructed mountain view. It is centrally located so it was super convenient to got to downtown PS and supermarkets. I have visited PS many times but this was by far the best experience and I definitely will be stay here again in the future. " Val - March

Five stars -- "The bubble gum modern was an absolutely delightfully restored classic Palm Springs mid century, very well designed with lots of unique and thoughtful touches inside and out. The star of the show is the backyard. Once you walk out the back door, you’ll never want to leave. The grounds are purposefully divided into many different zones that all flow together perfectly, from pool to dining to fire pit to conversation nooks, mountain views and private patios. This is a home I could return to again and again to relax and refresh without feeling bored" Joe - Feb

Five stars -- "I had the opportunity a few weeks ago during the holiday weekend in February where the weather was perfect. The house is beautiful and in a perfect area of Palm Springs in a nice residential neighborhood. The backyard with the Jacuzzi and pool really set the evening to relax before going to dinner. The morning was beautiful with a great view being surrounding by the mountains and the sunrise which was breathtaking and the peacefulness of enjoying the sunrise. I enjoyed my stay in the Bubble Gum Modern..... Great decorating of the house and theme to the house." David - Feb

Five stars -- "We have stayed at Bubble Gum house twice and each time has been relaxing and enjoyable. The house is airy and sensitive to its architectural era; immaculate inside and out. The beds are so comfortable you don’t want to get up in the morning. The open kitchen and dining area were perfect for getting everyone together for entertaining. The multiple outside sitting and eating areas gave everyone a place to get away if they wanted. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing. The fire table and fire pit were great for staying warm on cool nights. I look forward to visiting again. Our stay couldn’t have been better." Richard - Feb

Five stars -- "We had the pleasure at staying at this luxurious mid century modern home. If I could give it more stars, I would. The amenities were incredible. Starting with the super comfy beds and all the bedrooms that have ample space and closets, plus all the rooms are beautifully decorated and stick the the 'bubble gum modern' theme. The outside living space is divine! Not one, but 2 fire pits! I was so inspired by this homes' backyard space that I immediately want to remodel my own backyard. The hot tub is enormous and even has its own light show. Plus you cannot beat the unbelievable views. Sitting in the hot tub during sunset overlooking the mountain... Ahhhhh. So relaxing! Plenty of space for a long weekend or even a longer stay. Conveniently located and easy access to lots of shopping. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again on my next visit!" Five stars -- "We love mid-century design, but the Bubble Gum Modern House takes it to a new level. The floor plan is the perfect use of small spaces, making the house feel larger than it really is. Of course, it helps to have a yard that flows seamlessly from house to patio, pool and spa. What a relaxing weekend! It was like being in a luxury hotel, but with very private ambiance. The whole property is decorated with sense of panache and whimsy. We’ll be looking forward to another stay in the future! " Tom - Jan

They give you everything you need at your fingertips, from excellent kitchen amenities to check-out instructions to instructions on just about anything you can find in the home. "Really cute place, but kind of small. You cannot play music outdoors at all and have to meet with a concierge to sign an ordinance. Plenty of linens and House was fully stocked." Yazmine - Aug

"This house is absolutely lovely. They've thought of everything - plenty of towels (special pink ones for poolside), awesome kitchen & grill with all the tools you need for cooking.
